人胎回肠树突状细胞的形态发生分析

摘要 目的:探索人胎回肠树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)的形态发生规律。方法:应用免疫组织化学术和体视学方法对人胎回肠DC的出现时间、形态参数进行分析。结果:第11w时人胎回肠固有层开始出现阳性DC,其数量随胎龄的增大而逐渐增多;回肠固有层及集合淋巴小结(Peyer’s Patches,PP)阳性DC的数密度均随胎龄的增加而增大,而集合淋巴小结DC的数密度比同期固有层的要高(P<0.05);平均表面积随胎龄的增加呈现逐渐减小的趋势,而集合淋巴小结DC的平均表面积比固有层的要小(P<0.001);集合淋巴小结DC的表面积体积比比固有层的要小(P<0.05)。结论:人胎回肠DC的数量随胎龄的增加而增多,固有层DC的形状、大小和数量均与集合淋巴小结DC有差异。 Objective: To investigate the morphagenetic rule of dendritic cells ( DC ) in human fetal ileum. Methods: Using immunohistochemical technique and stereological method, the initiation of appearance and morphometric parameters of DC in human fetal ileum were studied. Results: DC began to appear in the ileum at 11^th week of gestation. The numbers of DC increased with fetal age. The numerical density (Nv) of DC in the lamina propria (LP) and Peyer' s patches (PP) increased with fetal age. These parameters of PP DC were higher than those of LP DC at the same stage (P 〈 0.05). The mean surface area of DC tended to decrease with fetal age. The mean surface area of PP Ds was smaller than that of LP DC in fetal ileum (P 〈 0.001 ). The ratio of surface to volume of PP DC was less than that of LP DC ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The quantities of DC in human fetal ileum increase with fetal age. The quantity, size and shape of PP DC are different from those of LP DC.
