护理人员工作满意度现状分析

摘要 目的:探讨护士和护士长工作满意度及其评价指标。方法:对随机抽取的120名护士和20名护士长进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:在薪酬、职业发展、福利、奖励和人际关系方面护士的满意度分别为14.4±2.73,12.51±2.51,12.42±2.09,11.69±3.17和9.71±2.58分;护士长分别为9.85±3.48,9.69±3.77,10.54±1.56,8.62±2.50和7.46±2.11分,差异有统计学意义。结论:提高护士工作满意度应当考虑这些指标,并注意护士与护士长之间的差异。
