摘要
为实现铅钙合金自动浇注的精确定量和减少合金氧化,开发了铅钙合金自动浇注系统,着重对浇注系统熔体箱恒容重控制技术进行了研究。设计了以三称重传感器为熔体箱重量检测的方案,采用数字量求和原理建立了熔体箱重量综合模型,通过实验标定和拟合,对模型参量进行了辨识,为恒容重精确控制奠定了基础;建立了熔体箱恒重控制系统模型,仿真获得了熔体泵PID控制参量,并通过现场实验整定,获得了与仿真接近的控制参量,实现了浇注系统熔体箱恒容重的精确、稳定控制。
In order to achieve the goal of accurate measurement and low melt oxidation, the article develops Pb- Ca alloy automatic casting system, makes a research with emphasis on the melt box's constant volume weight control technology, designs the scheme that uses three weighing sensors as the melt box's weight measuring, builds the melt box's weight integrated model by numeric summation principle, through the experimental calibration and fitting, identifies model parameters, provides the basis of accurate control for constant volume weight, builds the control system model for the melt box constant volume weight, gains the smelt pump PID control parameters of by the simulation, obtains control parameters near to the simulation by the experimental setting on site, implements the accurate and stable constant volume weight control for the melt box of the casting system.
