结合铝板带生产实际,分析冷轧机在压延过程中轧辊表面出现橘皮、印痕、软点、裂纹和剥落等缺陷的原因,提出改进、预防措施,延长了冷轧辊的使用寿命,降低了生产成本,保证了产品质量,获得了良好经济效益。

Combined with the practical production of aluminum plates and strips, this paper analyzes the cause of defects on the roll surface during calendaring, such as orange peel, imprint, soft spot, cracking and flaking. It puts forward the implement and precaution measure, which prolongs the service life of the cold roll, decreases the production cost, ensures the production quality, obtains good economic benefit.
