产品的制造过程也是产品质量的形成过程,如何将产品质量控制在预期的范围内,是质量管理工作的重点和难点。本文详细介绍了在工序质量管理中运用质量统计手段对工序质量状态进行识别和分析,并对其进行有效控制及工序能力和工序能力指数的分析与处置方法。
Product manufacturing process is also the forming process of product quality, so keystones ＆ difficulties of quality management work are how to control product quality in a prospective range. Through applying quality statistics, this paper expounds recognition, analysis ＆ effective control of process quality status, and analysis ＆ treatment of process capacity ＆ process capacity index in process quality management.
