摘要
在我国能源日趋紧的情况下,节能降耗就显得尤为突出。在这种形势下,除了对玻璃窑炉进行全保温外,还应考虑到热煤气输送管道距离长、管道直径大、表面散热高等现实因素。本文通过对热煤气输送管道保温技术的初步探讨,提高了煤气进入窑内的温度、显热;进一步提高煤气的利用率,同时为提高煤气的质量和提高煤气燃烧传热效率提供了前提条件。
With the situation of increasing shortage of energy source supply in our country, energy conservation and consumption reduction are seriously highlighted. Besides full insulation of glass furnace, some factors of hot coal gas conveying pipelines should also be considered, such as long distance, large diameter and much heat losses. This paper discusses insulation technology of the pipelines, which increases temperature & sensible heat of coal gas into furnace. This way increases utilization efficiency further, and provides precondition of improving coal gas quality and heat transfer efficiency during burning.
