移动模架施工铁路箱梁质量控制措施研究

Study on Quality Control Measures of Railway Box Girder with Mobile form Frame Construction

甬台温铁路全线约2 000孔简支箱梁需采用移动模架制梁技术,如此规模在铁路建设史上尚属首次。文章在简要介绍移动模架施工优缺点的基础上,提出大规模条件下移动模架制梁质量的控制关键技术问题,并从施工技术角度分析了移动模架制梁质量控制的要点,同时就关键技术问题进行了讨论,为今后类似工程提供有益的借鉴。

The Ningbo - Taizhou - Wenzhou railway have about 2 000 holes to be simply supported box girder using mobile form frame beam technology, such a scale is the first in the history of railway construction, the advantages and disadvantages of mobile moldbase construction is briefly introduced in this paper, the key technical issues of mobile form frame beam construction quality control system was proposed under large scale conditions, and the quality control of precast beam construction with mobile form frame were shown from the perspective of construction technology, meanwhile, the key technical issues were discussed.
