摘要
以重油为燃料的玻璃熔窑所排放出二氧化硫浓度(SO2)浓度一般在1500~3600mg/Nm^3,烟尘浓度300--500mg/Nm^3,大气环境污染比较严重。采用以NaOH—Na2SO3做吸收剂的单碱法工艺结合新型窑压控制系统处理玻璃熔窑烟气进行处理,工艺简单,无二次污染,对二氧化硫(SO2)及烟尘的去除率可达到90%以上,并且不会对生产衣统产生不利影响。
The glass melting furnace taking the heavy oil as the fuel pollutes the atmcspheric environment seriously, from which the concentration of SOz reaches generally about 1 500 - 3 600 mg/Nm^3 and dust reaches 300 - 500 mg/Nm^3. The single-alkali process technique that uses NaOH-Na2SO3 as absorbent with a new furnace pressure controlling system can remove the 90 % of smoke and dust from the gas of glass melting furnace. And this technology is simple, without secondary pollution and negative effects on industrial production system.
