浮法玻璃生产线熔窑通风系统包括:助燃风、稀释风、冷却风等风系统。这类风系统设计主要包括管线布置、风压风量计算、管道计算、风机选型及风嘴设计等。本人通过对国内多家厂家熔窑通风系统的设计、施工、使用情况的调查分析,谈一谈对熔窑通风系统设计的几点看法。

The ventilation system of the float glass production furnace includes： combustion air, diluted air, cooling air, etc. The system design mainly covers pipeline arrangement, air pressure and flow calculation, pipe calculation, fan selection and air nozzle design, etc. This paper gives opinions on the furnace ventilation system by investigating and analyzing the de- sign, construction and operation of the furnace ventilation systems used in many domestic glass plants.
