摘要
运用已有的熔窑计算机模拟技术,依据热工计算结果,采用多变量预估控制技术,建立相应的数学模型,寻找了熔窑内多个变量之间的关系;进一步提高了熔窑整体运行控制效果,减少各被控变量的波动范围,按质量最优、能耗最低进行卡边操作,为浮法玻璃生产带来较高的经济效益。
Through applying existed furnace computer modeling technology, referring to heat engineering calculation results, adopting multivariable preestimate control technology and building corresponding mathematical models, this paper finds out multiple variable relationship in furnace, which further improves operating control effect of furnace as a whole and reduces variation range of each controlled variable, therefore, the better economic benefit may be obtained for float glass production based on the operation of optimal quality and minimum energy consumption.
