锅炉集箱制造过程中使用CO_2气体保护焊初探 被引量:2

摘要 在锅炉集箱生产中,管接头特别是大口径厚壁管接头数量多、焊接工作量大,采用手工电弧焊其生产效率低,且生产综合成本高,在对药芯焊丝气保焊方法剖析后,进行了大口径管接头全位置半自动焊接工艺技术研究。试验结果表明,药芯焊丝全位置半自动CO2气体保护焊工艺稳定、焊接质量及熔合质量优异且易于控制,焊缝表面光滑,焊接接头力学性能及致密度满足相关技术规程的质量要求。 In the manufacture of boiler header, large quantity nipples especially large diameter thick wall nipples and heavy workload results in low production efficiency and high production costs by adopting manual arc welding. Large diameter tube all - position welding semiautomatic welding tech- nology is now adopted by analysis of flux - cored wire gas shielded welding, Tests results indicate that flux - cored wire semiautomatic CO2 gas shielded welding technology is of good stabilization, high welding quality and fusing quality and complex quality and it is easy to be controlled, and it is of smooth welding surface, and its mechanical property and density of welding joints can meet relative code requirements.
