摘要 用EGSnrc/BEAMnrc程序对Varian 600C医用直线加速器进行模拟。通过模拟结果和测量结果相比较,确定加速器治疗头的入射电子束参数,并分析入射电子束参数对百分深度剂量和离轴比的影响、射野大小对百分深度剂量的影响。模拟结果和测量结果相当一致,模拟结果可用于进一步的研究工作。 The Monte Carlo code EGSnrc/BEAMnrc was used to simulate the Varian 600C medical Linac. The parameters of the incidence electrons beam for this Linac had been derived by comparing the dose distribution between the results from Monte Carlo simulation and the data from measurement. The influence of the incidence electrons to the percent depth dosage (PDD) and the absorbed dose off axis ratio (OAR), and the influence of the field size to the percent depth dose, were discussed. The simulation results are consistent with the measurement results, and can be used for the further research.
