摘要 介绍了现场X射线荧光勘查技术的理论基础、仪器设备和运用X荧光分析仪寻找伴生矿的方法技术。运用手提式X荧光分析仪对新疆的两个地区进行勘探,并采用强度影响系数法和特散比影响系数法对分析中存在的基体效应进行了校正,结果发现了高含量的钴伴生矿和达到工业开采利用的伴生钒、钛矿。证明手提式X荧光分析仪在野外勘探中对寻找伴生矿具有重大意义。 This paper introduces the physical basis, instrument and equipment, methodology and technology which to find associated mineral for field X-ray fluorescence determination. The high contents cobalt partner native ore and the reached industrial utilization value associated vanadium and titanium ore were found after the exploration by using X fluorescence analyzer in two areas of Xinjiang and the correction of the matrix effect by using the strength affection coefficient method and characteristic ratio affection coefficient method. The result shows that X fluorescence analyzer is of great significance for seeking the partner native ore in field exploration.
