摘要
在轧钢生产中,板带材凸度检测是板形测量的重要的内容之一。文章研究了射线源数目对板带材凸度检测的影响,分析单射线源法的局限性,阐释了双射线源法的工作方式,简述了多射线源法对系统精度和经济性的影响。最后根据实际情况得出结论:双射线源法是目前测量板带材凸度的最优方法。
Crown is one of the important mechanical properties in shape measurements of hot rolling strips. This paper describes the methods of crown measurement with different numbers of radiation sources, presents the limit of the single source system, provides the principles of double sources system, discusses the possibility and cost of multi-source system and draws a conclusion that the double sources method is the optimum choice in the crown measurement.
