摘要
广义的技术标准化涵盖从研究与开发、专利技术确立为产业标准,直至标准采用、产品开发和技术扩散的完整过程。在这一过程中,R&D、技术标准和产业化三个要素相辅相成、相互交织,呈现三螺旋结构状态,共同推动技术标准化进程。本文提出技术标准化三螺旋结构模型,研究标准化螺旋体上升的路径和动力;并通过TD-SCDMA案例,系统揭示技术标准化的深层机理和规律。对促进研发、标准化和产业化协调发展,提高技术创新战略绩效具有重要启示和政策含义。
Technological standardization covers whole process from R&D, patents standardization to standards adoption, products development and technological diffusion, in which three elements, i.e. R&D, technological standards as well as industrialization, enhance each other and work together what drive technological standardization process. In this paper, we construct technological standardization Triple Helix model, discuss the path and dynamics of standardization helix promotion, and systematically explore deep mechanism and lessons of technological standardization by TD -SCDMA case analysis, that have important application and policy implication for synchronically development of R&D, standardization and industrialization, and improvement of technological innovation strategy performance.
