摘要 通过分析4.9 t锭轧制成210 mm方坯及Φ180 mm钢材后的各种质量数据及825初轧机及精轧机设备监测数据得出,825初轧机及825精轧机主生产线的设备通过精心维护,可以使用4.9 t锭生产钢材;冶炼正常的4145H4.9 t锭生产Φ180 mm钢材的内在性能能够得到保证,正常浇注的4145H4.9 t锭生产Φ180 mm定尺钢材的长度能够得到保证,与使用3 t方锭相比可以大大地提高定尺材成材率,从而为企业创造显著的经济效益。 Through the analysis on the various quality data of 210mm square billet and Ф180mm steel bar produced from 4.9t ingot as well as monitored data of 825 Blooming Mill and Finishing Mill, it was obtained that steel product could be made with 4.9t ingot through aborafive maintenance of the main production line mentioned above; the inner properties of Ф180mm 4145H steel bar made by qualified 4.9t ingot could be assured, and the fixed length of the bar could be also guaranteed. Compared to the production with 3t square ingot, the yield of the fixed length products could be increased greatly and so remarkable economic benefit could be created for this company.
