摘要 介绍了Cr8Mo2SiV模具扁钢在我公司的试制情况,该钢初轧开坯过程中易出现穿孔、断裂,坯料角裂,变形抗力大,轧制困难等热塑性差的现象,针对这些问题进行了详细分析,找出其原因,并通过工艺试验,使上述问题都得以成功解决,大幅提高了该钢的综合成材率,创造出可观的经济和社会效益。 In this paper, the status of trial produetion of flat die steel Cr8Mo2SiV was described. During cogging, the poor thermoplastieity was easy to see, such as perforating, breaking, billet comer eraeking, high deformation resistance and difficulty in rolling. Based on the analysis and process test, the problems mentioned above were solved, the finished produet rate of the steel was greatly increased and so a remarkable economic and social benefit was ereated.
