在进行TD-SCDMA网络建设时,利用现网资源和用户资源,实现网络以及用户体验的平滑过渡。2G/3G互操作主要解决混合组网过程中碰到的网络驻留、小区选择、小区重选、切换以及用户接入控制和转网策略等问题。

The current network resource and subscriber resource are used to realize smooth transition of network and subscriber experience in the construction of TD-SCDMA network. 2G/3G inter-operation is to resolve network residence, cell selection, cell reselection, handover in hybrid networking, as well as subscriber access control and network change strategy.
