摘要
本文讨论了基于GPS统一时钟的电压相角测量的实现技术,探讨了过零测量法、离散Furier算法、递归Fourier算法和变速度同步采样的电压相角测量算法,提出了母线电压相角在电力系统稳定运行中的应用。
This paper introduced the voltage phase angle measurement based on the unity clock of GSP. Various voltage phase angle measurement methods such as zero-crossing measurement, Discrete Furier algorithm, Recurrence Fourier algo rithm and Variable Speed Synchronous Sampling Algorithm are discussed and compared. A new monitoring method based on the bus voltage phase angle is proposed for the stable operation of the power system.
