摘要
碳酸锆盐是近年来开发应用的一种新型无机抗水交联剂,可替代脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、乙二醛等用作涂料配方中的交联剂或抗水剂。本文对碳酸锆铵和碳酸锆钾两种交联剂在涂料中的应用作了试验研究,探讨了其对涂料黏度及涂布纸性能的影响,并与乙二醛做交联剂进行了对比研究。
Zirconium Carbonate is a kind of new inorganic crosslinker and insolubilizer. It can substitute UF, MF and glyoxal for coating color. In this study,two kinds of crosslinkers ammonium zirconium carbonate (AZC) and potassium zirconium carbonate (PZC) were used in paper coating. Brookfield viscosity of coating color and some surface properties of coated paper were measured. And more focus was given on comparison of AZC, PZC with glyoxal used in paper coating.
