摘要
以丁二酸和丁二醇为原料,采用溶液与熔融结合法合成了端羟基聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)对PBS封端,合成了线性遥爪型纸张增强剂TDI-PBS。用IR,1HNMR表征了PBS的结构并用GPC测定了其相对分子质量和分子质量分布;考察了聚合物TDI-PBS对纸张物理性能的增强效果。结果表明,采用浸渍法,当TDI-PBS溶液质量分数为12%,熟化温度为110℃,熟化时间为60min时,TDI-PBS可明显改善纸张的物理性能,干强度提高了36%,湿强度达到原纸的4倍,干湿强度之比达39%,耐破度达到原纸的1.6倍。
The OH-terminated linear aliphatic polyester polybutylene sebacate (PBS) was synthesized by sebacic acid and butanediol using solution polyeondensation combined with melt polyeondensation. The composition and construct characteristic of the product were analyzed by GPC,FT-IR and ^1H NMR. The TDI terminated polyester prepolymer(TDI-PBS) was synthesized by toluene-2, 4-diisocyanate (TDI) and PBS using solution polycondensation. The strength development of TDI-PBS on paper was discussed. The results showed the effect was obvious when the mass fraction of TDI-PBS was 12%, reaction time was 60 min and reaction temperature was about 110℃. When the paper was dealed with polyurethane treatment, dry strength of paper was enhanced by 36%, wet strength was increased by 3 times, the ratio of wet strength and dry strength was 39%,bursting strength was heightened by 60%.
