异黄酮植物雌激素——大豆黄酮对产蛋鸡生产性能及其血液中几种激素水平的影响

Effect of Daidzein on Egg Laying Performance and Several Blood Hormone Contents in Layers

本研究进行了两系列实验，就添喂大豆黄酮对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响及其与血液中几种激素水平的变化进行了初步探讨。实验１采用２００只３３０日龄罗曼蛋鸡随机均分为对照组（喂基础日粮）和实验组（基础日粮，添喂３ｍｇ／ｋｇ大豆黄酮），结果试验组产蛋率（Ｐ＜０．０５）、每个蛋重和饲料转化率提高。实验２，采用３００只２４２日龄罗曼蛋鸡，处理与实验１一致，持续饲喂４１天，产蛋性能的结果与实验１基本一致。同时，添喂大豆黄酮使实验鸡血液中Ｔ３、Ｔ４和孕酮水平均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。此结果提示，大豆黄酮可能通过调控血液激素水平而提高产蛋鸡生产性能。

In experiment 1,two hundred 330-day-old layers were randomly allotted to 2 groups which were fed control diet and the diet plus 3mg/kg daidzein respectivery,for 27 days.In experiment 2,three hundred 242-day-old layers were investigated repeatedly as in exp. 1 for 41 days. results showed that daidzein supplemented to diets improved egg laying performances and increased blood T 3(P<0.05) and progesterone (P<0.05)levels significantly.The results suggested that daidzein may improve egg laying performance by increasing some hormone levels.
