选择体重平均、(28±2)日龄断奶约克夏仔猪30头,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,研究饲料中添加酸化剂对早期断奶仔猪胃酸分泌、免疫功能和抗氧化机能的影响。对照组日粮为玉米-膨化大豆-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组日粮分别以0.02%黄霉素、1.5%柠檬酸、0.3%磷酸、1%复合酸等量替代基础日粮中的玉米。结果表明,添加酸化剂对早期断奶仔猪的胃酸分泌能力及免疫功能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加柠檬酸可显著提高断奶仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。断奶两周内添加酸化剂效果优于断奶两周后。
An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different acidifiers on gastric acid secretion, immunology and antioxidantion of early weaned piglets. Total 30 purebred Yorkshire pigs(weaned at 28+2 days old) were allotted by weight to one of five dietary treatments(three pens/treatment, tow pigs/pen): control, antibiotic (0.02% bambermycins), 1.5% citric acid, 0.3% phosphoric acid and 1% complex acid (0.7% citric acid +0.3% phosphoric acid) for four weeks trial. The results showed that supplementation with antibiotic and different acidifiers had no significant effect on gastric acid secretion and immulization. As compared to the control, SOD activity and the level of T-AOC were significantly improved by 1.5% citric acid. It was showed that piglets supplemented with 1.5% citric acid had more abilities of resistibility to stress. The results indicated that acidifiers served as an alternative to in-feed antibiotics during the first tWO weeks post-weaning for pigs.
