从卡管、钢筋笼上浮、断桩和钢筋笼变形、钢筋笼偏位四个方面分析造成桥梁钻孔灌注桩混凝土灌注质量问题的原因,从钢筋笼、水下混凝土灌注、隔孔施工程序、原材料查验、混凝土拌和料配合比和混凝土拌和料坍落度控制等方面对成桩质量控制要点进行论述,对桥梁钻孔灌注桩成桩施工意义重大。
The causes for quality problems in pouring cement in bridge bored pile are in such aspects as pipe blocking, steel reinforced cage rising, pile breaking and deformation reinforced cage, deviation. The control essentials in pile forming are expounded in steel cage, subaqueous concreting, septal foramen, raw material check, mixture ratio of concrete slump constant control, which is significant to bridge bored pile forming.
