Influence Factors of Urban Private Car Increase

利用S型曲线模型,选择人均GDP、人均可支配收入、私人小汽车使用费、城市人口密度作为影响私人小汽车需求的主要因素,以某城市市区私人小汽车增长的相关数据为例,对影响城市私人小汽车增长的因素进行定量分析,通过多元回归分析发现,人均GDP和私人小汽车使用费是现阶段影响城市私人小汽车需求的两个最主要因素。

Using the S-shaped curve model, per capita GDP, per capita income, expense on private car and urban population density are selected as main primary factors which influence urban private car ownership rate. The quantitative analysis about the factors which impacts the increase of private cars is carried on based on the correlated data of urban private car increase of a certain city. The multiple regression analysis indicates that per capita GDP and expense on private ear are the most important factors impacting the demand of urban private car.
