通过分析新农村建设形势下农村公路新功能的定位,以重庆市当前农村公路建设模式为对象,提出农村公路规划要以发展农村经济为主线,以引导新农村建设为目的,同时结合农村公路建设现状,对农村公路的规划和建设管理提出一些需要注意的问题和解决方案,这有利于引导新农村建设健康发展。

In the background of building a new socialist countryside, the new functional orientation of rural roads is analyzed. Taking the existent rural road construction mode of Chongqing as example, the views are expounded that the new programming of rural roads should center on the rural economic development and the construction of new socialist countryside should be aimed at. On the other hand, combining with the current situation of rural road construction, some problems on the programming, construction and management of the rural roads are put forward along with some suggestion of resolutions. It is helpful to guiding the healthy development of new countryside.
