摘要
华电宁夏灵武发电有限公司#1炉,投运约2780h时,低温过热器管发生泄漏爆管,通过对低温过热器管现场宏观检查、内窥镜检查和取样微观组织检查,进行综合分析,指出第49-5根管子原材料本身局部存在过热的粗大魏氏组织是此次低温过热器管发生爆破泄漏的主要原因。
Through the macroscopic examination, endoscope examination and sampling microscopic examination, analyzes the leakage and break reason of the low temperature over heater pipes when operating 2780 h at the No.1 boiler in Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Generation Co., Ltd., draws the conclusion that the raw material of the No. 49-5 tube existing a local overheating thick Widmanstatten structure caused the break and leakage of the low temperature over heater pipes.
