竹纤维纯纺纱和混纺纱拉伸性能探讨 被引量:2

摘要 对不同混纺比例的竹浆/棉混纺纱线的拉伸性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,当混纺纱线的竹浆/棉混纺比为70/30时,混纺纱线的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和断裂功出现一个极低值,在实际应用中,该混纺比在设计中应尽量避免选用。同时将竹浆纤维纯纺纱与竹浆/棉70/30、竹浆/棉55/45、竹浆/棉30/70混纺纱、棉纤维纯纺纱拉伸图比较,结果表明:竹纤维纯纺纱的初始模量比棉纤维纯纺纱的初始模量高,随着棉纤维含量的增加,混纺纱的初始模量减少。 The influence of different blending ratios on yarn tensile property of bamboo pulp/cotton blended yarn was the tested and the analyzed. It showed that the breaking strength, breaking elongation and rupture work of the blended yarns were minimum with the blending ratio of the cotton/bamboo pulp about 30/70, hence, the blending ratio should be avoided in the practice design. Comparing the tensile graphs of pure bamboo pulp yarn, B/C70/30 blended yarn, B/C55/ 45 blended yarn, B/C30/70 blended yarn and pure cotton yarn, the result shows that the initial module of pure bamboo pulp yarn is better than that of pure cotton yarn. The initial module of the blended yarn is reduced with the increase of the cotton contents in the yarn.
