摘要
介绍了《专用锥度校准装置》的结构设计,通过对重要变形部件———立柱和上顶尖支架进行有限元分析,并结合各项误差的分析计算,改进了设计结果,使关键部件的刚度值满足了系统整体设计要求。
In this paper, we introduce the design of a special calibration equipment for the taper and taper threads. Combining the results of error analysis with the finite element method (FEM) analysis of the main deformed components, the upright column and the bracket for the core clamper, are optimized to meet system's rigidity. The error of the whole system is analyzed and calculated so that the design will meet the requirements.
