A Comparative Study on Sino-Foreign Sci-tech Achievements Evaluation

从评价主体、评价客体及评价中介(评价标准、方法、程序等)等基本要素入手,全面比较、分析国外科技成果评价与我国科技成果评价的运行现状,能较为清楚地发现我国现行科技成果评价存在的问题,从而有针对性地给出改革我国科技成果评价制度的对策。

The paper comparatively surveys the current domestic and overseas mechanisms for sci-tech performance evaluation in the perspectives of subjects, objects, standards, methods and procedures for assessment. It attempts to find out issues and problems with the assessing system of scientific achievements in China, and proposes proper measures to prioritize domestic evaluating mechanisms.
