摘要
培养公民法律意识的现代化是实施"依法治国"战略的不可或缺的重要内容,是社会主义法治国家建设中的基础性工程。本文分析了法律教育中法律意识培养的认识误区,并有针对性地提出了法律意识培养的基本途径。
The cultivation of citizens＇ modem legal consciousness and the propulsion of the modernization of citizens＇ legal consciousness become an important and indispensable part of the implementation of the strategy of “rule of law” and a fundamental project in the construction of the socialist legal state. This paper analyzes some misunderstanding of legal consciousness, and suggests opinions about how to cultivate the legal consciousness of citizens.
