普外科外周静脉营养支持研究及探讨

Research on partial parenteral nutrition support of general surgery

目的研究外周静脉营养在普外科危重症患者中的疗效。方法2001年1月至2008年9月，收治危重症170例，随机分成两组，实验组80例，对照组90例。结果实验组的血红蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞、体重等均升高，优于对照组（P〈0．05）。血糖控制较对照组好（P〈0．05）。结论外周静脉营养疗效可靠、实用性强、费用低。

Objective To study the effect of partial parenteral nutrition support in severe cases of general surgery. Methods Treated 170 severe cases from January 2001 to September 2008, ran two sets, 80 cases of experimental group and 90 cases of the control group. Results The exaltation of hemoglobin, albumin, lymphocytes and weight in experimental group were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of glycemic control was also better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effeetion of partial parenteral nutrition support is reliable, practical and low-cost.
