摘要
通过轮虫在人工培养条件下对口恶喹酸和硝基呋喃钠的吸收、富集等试验,阐述轮虫对口恶喹酸和硝基呋喃钠的吸收、富集特性,为从鱼类早期开始进行疾病防治技术的研究提供新的途径和素材。
It was well known that the oxolenic acid and sodium nifurstyrenate had strongy characters in anti bacteria,and they were widely used to protect fish from bacterial diseases. From the standpoints of practice and production, early fry in pond was soaked in the NFs Na infusion which spent a large quantity of the drug,and late fry was fed with the feed mixed with OA that was difficult to be eaten.Based on these,we tried to find a new method of feeding the fry with alive plankton absorbed NFs Na and OA for the purpose of fish diseaseproof.
