摘要
铁载体的检测方法有通用的络天氰(CAS)检测法,但未见针对荧光类铁载体的检测方法相关报道.本研究采用紫外照相技术实现了对荧光铁载体进行原位检测,结果显示此方法对荧光铁载体获得较好的效果.
Siderophores are defined as relatively low molecular weight, water - soluble, ferric specific chelating agents elaborated by bacteria and fungi growing under low iron stress around the environment. There is a universal CAS detection method on detection total siderophores from Pseudomonas, but there are few detection methods on detection of fluorescent siderophores. This study used the Ultraviolet photography technique detecting fluorescent siderophore from Pseudomonas.
