有效教学从提出之初,直到现在,一直强调教育视野中的以人为本。针对高职高专教学以人为本的缺失,力求在教学效率体现发展性、课堂管理追求人性化、学生发展彰显个性化、教师强调专业幸福感、师生交流突显互动性等多纬度完善以人为本的有效教学。

Since the idea of effective teaching was put forward, people orientation in education has been emphasized. As for the lack of application of people orientation to teaching in higher vocational colleges, efforts have been made on development of teaching efficiency, humanization in class management, individualization in students＇ development, sense of occupational happiness, interaction between teacher and students, etc. It is designed to make proper and effective teaching better from multi-dimension.
