酿酒葡萄品种‘蛇龙珠’的叶形结构数值鉴别

Determination of a Wine Grape Variety ‘Cabernet Gernischet’ by Ampelometric Method

易混淆的３个葡萄品种蛇龙珠（ＣａｂｅｒｎｅｔＧｅｒｎｉｓｃｈｅｔ）、赤霞珠（Ｃａｂｅｒｎｅｔ－Ｓａｕｖｉｇｎｏｎ）及夏桑（Ｃｈａｓａｎ）叶形结构的多元判别分析表明，平均拟合率为８６．８％，鉴别程度依次为夏桑（１００％）＞赤霞珠（８０％）＞蛇龙珠（７０％）。蛇龙珠与赤霞珠非同一品种。根据蛇龙珠不明来源品种名在我国的唯一性以及它与品丽珠（Ｃａｂｅｒｎｅｔｆｒａｎｃ）的相似性分析，认为蛇龙珠可能来自于法国的品丽珠，即经法语－德语－汉语翻译后的音译名。

The origin and the denomination of “Cabernet Gernischet” ( Vitis vinifera L. ) , a wine grape variety cultivated broadly in China for more than one century, have long been unidentified and confused with other Cabernet varieties such as Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet franc. The trial by means of foliar ampelometrical analysis revealed that the tree varieties could evidently distinguished each other by 86.8% of mean good fit contributed by 100%, 80% and 70% of good fit from Chasan, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet Gernischet respectively. So that, the two laters were certainly not the same variety. According to its unique denomination in China and its similarity to Cabernet franc, we could deduce that “Cabernet Gernischet” would be Cabernet franc and its strange name was from the Chinese pronunciation translated from the original French name via the German.
