摘要
采用等电聚焦电泳法对10个甘蓝自交不亲和系、5个亲和系的柱头、花粉蛋白质谱带进行了分析。对比自交不亲和系开花前2~3d的柱头与成熟柱头,发现各试材在等电点为8.3~8.5的区域内有一条特异带,该带在成熟柱头中清晰可见,在开花前2~3d的柱头中没有或较弱。据此特征推断该带即为S蛋白质特征谱带。以双蒸水和巯基乙醇作为提取液处理花粉,均未发现自交不亲和系共有的特征带。
Analysis of polyacy lamide gel isoelectric focusing was used in study of the proteins in stigmas and pollens of ten self-incompatible and five self-compatible lines of cabbage. By comparing the band patterns of mature stigmas and the stigmas of 2~3 days before blooming of self-incom patible lines, we found a specific band in PI 8.3~8.5 region. This band was clearly observed in mature stigmas, but not existed in young stigmas. It was S-locus specific glycoprotein band according to its characteristics. When the proteins of pollens were treated with ultrapure water and mercaptoethanol, no specific band was observed among the self-incompatible lines and the compatible lines.
