高校档案管理中的几对矛盾

A Few Contradictions in the File Management of Colleges and Universities

目前我国高校档案管理中存在着集中管理与分散管理、电子文档与纸质文档、个人失真与集体造假、开发利用与安全保密等几对矛盾,解决好这几对矛盾对促进高校发展有积极的意义。

At present, a few contradictions exist in the file management of colleges and universities, such as centralized management and decentralized management, electronic documents and paper documents, personal and collective false distortion, development and utilization, secrecy and security. Resolving these contradictiuns has positive significance to promote the development of colleges and universities.
