On the base of the description of forest resources exploitation, forestry rights, management system and forest roads mileage, density, and so on in Finland, the paper introduced Finland's forest road standard, the principle and method of design, the common sketch of the structure of subgrade and pavement and the design of the bridge as well as the construction of forest roads.
