肾癌静脉瘤栓手术术式的选择

摘要 局限性肾肿瘤的一个特殊形式是静脉系统的肿瘤扩展。在没有淋巴结或内脏转移的情况下应积极行肿瘤瘤栓的切除，切除的手术方法主要依靠瘤栓扩展的范围。静脉壁浸润时可行腔静脉的聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）假体替代或自体组织的腔静脉重建。
