大学生现场急救能力现状调查与对策分析

Investigation and Analysis on College Student's First Aid Ability Emergency Treatment on Spot

目的了解大学生现场急救能力现状,探索普及大学生现场急救培训的有效途径。方法采用自编问卷对随机抽出的541名大学生的现场急救知识及技能进行调查。结果仅12.19%的学生参加过现场急救培训活动;在调查的23个现场急救知识中,有11个问题的知晓率在50%以下;大学生现场急救知识面较窄,不能满足急危重症伤病员出现时现场急救的需要。结论大学生的急救知识和现场急救能力较差。需多方合作,广泛开展大学生现场急救培训,增强对现场急救重要性的认识,提高现场急救知识和技能。

Objective Understand college student＇s basic knowledge about emergency treatment on spot and their response towards it, and search for efficient methods of popularizing emergency treatment training. Method Use self-designed paper to conduct a sample survey at random among 541 college students, and get statistical summary by using Excel. Results Only 12.19% Students had been trained for first aid on spot. The correct answer rate of 11 questions were below 50% among the 23 questions related to the knowledge of first aid in this investigation. Narrow range of their first aid knowledge could not meet the need of the urgent,dangerous and serious injured patients. Conclusion Various parties should cooperate to develop extensive mass emergency treatment, attach more importance to the significance of emergency treatment, and improve rnowledge and ability of first aid.
