盐酸左氧氟沙星不良反应的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Adverse Reactions of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride

目的了解静脉应用盐酸左氧氟沙星的不良反应及防治措施。方法观察1267例静脉应用盐酸左氧氟沙星患者出现的不良反应,并进行分析。结果出现不良反应者37例,发生率2.92%。其中过敏性休克2例,发生率0.16%;胃肠道反应11例,发生率0.87%;皮疹8例,发生率为0.63%。结论静脉滴注左氧氟沙星的出现不良反应者并不少见,应严格掌握适应症,对过敏体质病人要慎用。

Objective To find out the adverse reactions and prevention measures of intravenous administration of levofloxaein hydrochloride. Method It analyzed 37 cases of adverse reactions to levofloxacin hydroehloride by intravenous administration, and concluded the incidence and prevention effects. Results The incidence of adverse reactions to levofloxacin hydroehloride among 1 267 intravenous administration cases was 2.92%, including 2 cases of anaphylactic shock（0. 16%）, 11 cases of gastrointestinal reaction（0.87%）and 8 cases of rash（0.63%）. Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions to levofloxacin hydroehloride by intravenous administration is relatively high. Selecting indication strictly and using it carefully for patients with allergic constitution are suggested.
