摘要 为测试棉籽生物柴油的燃烧和排放性能,本文在柴油机结构不作改动的情况下,适当提高喷油压力,在额定转速下燃用不同棉籽油调和比例的生物柴油与燃用0#柴油时的负荷特性和碳烟排放进行了对比试验研究。结果表明,提高喷油压力可有效改善生物柴油的雾化质量,同时负荷特性曲线平缓性变差,在较高负荷时出现凸峰现象;低棉籽油调和比例的生物柴油不需提高喷油压力,可直接在柴油机上燃用;生物柴油最小油耗率向低负荷偏移,碳烟排放随棉籽油调和比例增加而明显改善。 To test the biodiesel combustion and emissions performance. This paper does not make any change to the structure of the diesel engine, and increases the fuel injection pressure appropriately. And then compared with O# diesel in the rated speed, experiment study on load characteristics and soot emissions when fueled with biodiesel, which include different ratio of cottonseed oil. Results showed that it can be effective in improving the quality of at- omization by increasing the fuel injection pressure ,while gentle curve of load characteristics becomes bad, and con- vex peak appears at a higher load;biodiesel, which includes low ratio of cottonseed oil,can be fueled on diesel en- gine directly ; minimum fuel consumption rate of biodiesel migrates to the lower load, soot emissions improve evidently with increasing the ratio of cottonseed oil.
