摘要
为了使番茄翻秧机分秧器能够适应新疆番茄品种及种植模式的需要,本文根据新疆番茄种植品种和种植模式,分析了番茄分秧机分秧器的结构。通过分秧器结构、工作原理分析了分秧器在工作过程中番茄秧的运动情况,以及分秧器的前倾角和分开角对分秧器分秧能力的影响,确定了前倾角和分开角的大小,达到适应性较好的要求,提高了分秧器分秧的能力。
In order to make the nearside divider of the tomato vine turning machine adapt Xinjiang tomato variety and the planter pattern need, the nearside divider has been studied in its structure. This paper introduces the nearside divider in structure, the principle of work and analyzes the nearside divider in its work process and the tomato vine movement. According to Xinjiang tomato plant varieties and patterns, through analysis of the nearside divider for the front rake .and separation the angle for the ability of vines, it also determines the front rake and separates the angle of the size. It reaches the good compatible requirements, enhances the ability of the nearside divider's vine separation.
