摘要 目的探讨网状镍钛合金支架治疗高危前列腺增生症的疗效。方法20例患者术前测定IPSS为(26±4.2)分,RUV为(148±13.5)mL。透视导向下经尿道置入支架,术后随访。结果20例患者全部一次植入成功;18例立即自行排尿,另2例长期留置导尿管的患者于植入3 d后也自行排尿。随访到大于3月者17例,IPSS为(7.2±2.8)分,RUV为(58.3±26.8)mL。结论经尿道置入支架可作为治疗高危良性前列腺增生症的一种有效方法。 Objective To summarize the curative effect of using nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent to cure benign prostatic hyperplasia in high risk patient. Methods 20 aged patients of high risk, with IPSS of (26±4.2) ml and RUV of (148±13.5)ml,were performed with transurethral implanted network guided by X-ray,and postoperative follow-up were surveyed. Results All of the 20 patients completed the stent-implantation once successftdly. 18 cases urinated by themselves immediately after the surgery,the other 2 patients urinated after 3 days. 17 patients were followed up for 3 moths or more with IPSS of (7.2±2.8)ml and RUV of (58.3±26.8 )mL. Conclusions Transurethral implanting stent guided by X-ray is an effective way of treating benign prostatic hyperplasia in high risk patients.
