基于SECOPETS语料库的学习者英语口语失误分析

A SECOPETS-Based Study on Speech Errors in Chinese EFL Learners’ Spoken English

本研究以公共英语等级考试口语语料库SECOPETS为基础，对中国学习者英语口语中言语失误进行了调查分析。研究表明：1）中国学习者英语口语中，失误频数较高的是动词、名词、句子和介词；2）代词和介词的口语失误明显多于书面语；3）口语言语失误可划分为句法性失误和语义性失误两大因子；4）学习者英语水平和言语失误类型之间呈现明显的对应关系；5）母语迁移是口语中言语失误的重要原因。

Based on the Spoken English Corpus of Public English Test System （SECOPETS）,the present study investigates the errors in Chinese EFL learners＇ spoken English. Results indicate that： 1. the frequent errors in Chinese EFL learners＇spoken English are related to verbs,nouns,sentences and prepositions ;2. the errors related to pronouns and prepositions are more frequent in speech than in writing;3, all the errors can be attributed to two factors：syntac- tic factor and semantic factor,with the former being much more than the latter;4, a correspondence is observed between the learners＇ English proficiency levels and speech error types;5, native language transfer is one of the major causes for speech errors.
