立磨已成为现代化水泥生产线上主推的粉磨设备,其粉磨组件的材料和制造方法随着工况的需要而不断进步。不同的立磨制造商在制造粉磨组件时选择不同的材料和制造方法。制造方法主要可分成三种方法:一是铸造;二是铸造+堆焊;三是铸造+镶嵌陶瓷颗粒。

Roller mills have become the main recommended grinding devices for modern cement production lines, and the materials and manufacturing method used for their grinding components has also got substantial progress according to various real working demands. Different roller mill manufacturers chose different materials and manufacturing method for grinding components, which are mainly divided to three kinds: foundry, foundry plus bead welding, and foundry plus inlaid with granular ceramics.
