无卤阻燃EPDM/PP TPV复合材料的性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁与微胶囊红磷进行复配,并添加树脂,制备阻燃EPDM/PP热塑性硫化胶(TPV)复合材料,对其性能及有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和硼酸锌的阻燃协效作用进行研究。结果表明,树脂的加入有助于提高TPV复合材料的物理性能和阻燃性能。当阻燃剂用量为70份,即氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁的复配比为31.5/31.5、微胶囊红磷用量为7份时,TPV复合材料的垂直燃烧性能等级达到V-1(试样厚度0.8mm),物理性能和加工性能较好。阻燃协效剂的加入对阻燃性能没有改善且影响物理性能。 The EPDM/PP TPV composites were prepared using the complex of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and microencapsulated red phosphorus as halogen-free frame retardant, and adding two kinds of resins. The properties of the composites and the synergistic effect of organic montmorillonite and zinc borate were investigated. The results showed that,the flame retardance and physical properties of TPV were better due to the resin used. The vertical combustion grade of TPV could reach the V-l(sample thickness 0.8 mm),and had better physical properties and processbility when 70 phr flame retardant was microencapsulated red p synergistic effect on the used,i, e. aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide ratio was 31.5/31.5 and hosphorus was 7 phr. Organic montmorillonite and zinc borate didn't have halogen-free flame retardant system and made physical properties bad.
