摘要
目的:探讨何首乌、三七提取物预防大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病及其肝组织SREBP-1c、SCAP表达的影响。方法:除正常对照组外,高脂饲料喂养10周建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型。32只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为4组,每组8只。于造模即日起正常对照组、模型组每天分别给予10 mL/kg饮用水,中药组给予何首乌、三七提取物,易善复组给予易善复灌胃。给药10周后,处死所有大鼠,检测血清LDL、HDL、TG,肝组织TG和SREBP-1c、SCAP mRNA水平。结果:中药组、易善复组血清LDL、HDL、TG,肝组织TG和SREBP-1c、SCAP mRNA水平较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论:何首乌、三七提取物可降低NAFLD大鼠血清、肝脏脂质合成与聚积,从而有效防治NAFLD。
Objective : To investigate the effect of the extractives of fleeceflower root and notoginseng on SREBP - 1 c and SCAP in liver tissue and non - alcoholic fatty hepatopathy. Method : Except the rats in normal control group, the other rats were fed up with high - fat diet to make up the models of non - alcoholic fatty hepatopathy. 32 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly, and each group included 8 rats. Drinking water was given to the rats in normal control group and model group according to 10 mL/kg each day. The extractives of fleeceflower root and notoginseng were given to the ones in treatment group. And Essentiale N was given to control group by intragastic administration. After 10 weeks, all the rats were put to death. LDL, HDL and TG in serum, TG in liver tissue and SREBP - 1 c and SCAP mRNA were all detected. Result : LDL, HDL and TG in serum, TG in liver tissue and SREBP - 1 c and SCAP mRNA in treatment group and control group were all decreased more markedly than in model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The extractives of fleeceflower root and notoginseng can decrease effectively lipids synthesis and accumulation in NAFLD rat. So they can prevent and cure non - alcoholic fatty hepatopathy.
