摘要
目的模拟建立不同移植量原位部分肝移植大动物模型。方法通过肝周骨骼化去神经效果解剖,原位灌注和肝切除术建立小型猪不同移植量原位部分肝移植动物模型。结果全肝供肝肝移植和右半肝供肝原位部分肝移植7天存活率均为100%。右中叶联合尾状叶供肝肝移植量为动物体重0.61%,7天存活率仅20%。结论右中叶联合尾状叶供肝部分肝移植可视为小体积肝移植。
Objective To establish the small-for-size liver transplantation animal model. Metheds The imitated orthotopic partial liver transplantation models with whole, right half or right median combined with caudate lobe liver graft were established by skeletonized and denervated anatomic dissection around liver, hepatectomy and perfusion in situ. Results The average graft recipi- ent weight ratio in group with graft from right median and caudate lobes was 0. 61%, which survival rate was only 20% by postoperative 7 days. Conclusions Partial liver transplantation with graft from right median and caudate lobes could be considered as small-for-size liver transplantation. [ Key words]
